Wow.
If someone runs into my living room with a .45 in his hand or on his hip, the welfare of his miniature donkeys would be the least of his problems.
If my dog is in fact guilty as charged and you don't shoot him in the act or at least on your property, it would be far wiser (trust me on this) to seek due process by going to the police instead of entering my property brandishing a gun!
