Here is a thread Oil Gallery Modifications to Performer Heads that shows you the suggested oiling mods to the FE heads. About half way down in the thread it shows a nice shot of the restrictor passage (with a drill bit stuck in it so you can see it better) -- that's where your oil comes from. You will probably want to restrict that passage. Depending on a variety of factors, that will probably be in the range of .060 to .090. My Edelbrock heads with a solid flat tappet cam and with Ersons use .060 with the HV Melling pump and Canton pan -- others go a bit a bit higher than 60; it all depends on your setup. There's plenty of discussion on this and it makes for good reading.
