Here is a shot of Crane's rocker setup disassembled http://www.cranecams.com/images/down...%20347901).jpg -- it's not Erson but it will help you visualize how the oil travels to the valve train components. Different vendors will provide different levels of head work. "Right out of the box" I don't believe any of the return oils are even touched; certainly not Edelbrock, maybe the new BT MR heads, but I have yet to see them "in real life."
