I forwarded a couple of shots on to Brad, talked to him this afternoon as he is milling down an arumminum flywheel for me.
He gave me an extensive, and convincing, bit of reasoning as to why he builds in the 100 psi OP. If you want I can forward the info on to you. I guess you learn a few things after thirty years of building.
He told me with Valvoline 10-40, warm
oil, 70 psi at idle and 100 psi at rpms over 2200. I must say even at those high pressures, no leaks here.
