Kind of hard to pick out one of specs of a cam shaft without knowing the rest of the specs because it won't mean much without reference to the rest of the specs. But generally speaking, the narrower the LSA, e.g., 108, the rougher your idle will be, and the wider the LSA, e.g., 112, the smoother your idle will be. As a great generality, I think you'll find most cams are ground with a 110 LSA.
