I doubt if and when there ever is a settlement either side is going to be completely happy. Of course there are
three sides to this, Shelby, those he is suing, and the lawyers for each group. Now the lawyers will most likely be happy as they will wind up with most of the money.
And to all the lawyers out there, this is not a knock on you, just a statement of what has happened to me in a couple of suites where I was awarded money and got about 1/4th of it. So don't get all riled up and start a war over this as it is not meant in any bad context.
