Default What are you using for rear rollbar tube grommet?

I just installed my rear rollbar tube. I tried using a slit fuel line slit lengthwise around the unfinished oblong hole, but I don't like the way it looks. It's too heavy and bulky looking. I don't want to just leave it untrimmed. Is there any light thin "U" channel type stuff any of you have used and can recommend? I've seen the stainless and/or aluminum and rubber type grommets that are sold that mount above the rear deck of the car and I don't want to go that way. I'd like something rubber that wold be used similar to the slit fuel hose method, just less bulky and neater looking.
