You also have a great engine builder in Danbury. Drop in and say hi to Joe Lupine at Danbury Competition Engines. He knows his way around any and all Ford engines. They have done engines for a lot of priceless vintage GT-40's, GT 350/500's and original Shelby Cobra's. He built my 427 FE two years ago and it hasn't missed a beat. Lot's of talent next door at the chassis dyno that shares space with DCE.
