It's a pretty easy swap. You'll have to modify and reuse one part of the existing mount, which is a 10 minute job with a hacksaw. The Olthoff mounts come with instructions on how to do this. Also, in my case (also a 418W) the engine height was not changed appreciably. But be sure to check for clearance at the air cleaner and coolant tank before you button down the hood. The only undesirable part of these poly mounts is that I now have to loosen them and swing them back a bit in order to remove the
oil pan. With the original $16 made in India mounts, there was no interference with the pan. For me, it's a small inconvenience relative to the benefits of the poly mounts. Good luck.
