Kelly,

I believe the issue at hand here is going to be of a liability standpoint. The cobra being a hi performance, short wheelbase car that takes years to get the hang of in the hands of someone for two hours might be more trouble than it's worth. I do wish you and your future husband a long and healthy live together, but starting it out in a car that could kill if you make just one small stab of the throttle you may not be the way to go.
