Mike I had gone through the reset you described a week or so ago but did not allow specific times between steps but did wait as described in owners manual. This time or this reset I doubled time for steps and still no help.
Each time I was getting the sense reset took because it wiped out passwords and things that worked before reset. FUBAR !
