Coupe is in the paint shop. Mike had the body shop to raise the hood scoop 1 1/2" to clear the air filter on his KC 408. The exhaust opening for the radiator had to be moved forward 1" the clear the sheetmetal and alternator. Lots of problems with the Shell Valley Coupe. A hole had to be cut in the fender well to clear the master cylinder. The body shop is going to fiberglass a bubble over the hole so it will look good.

Mike had the shop to cut a hole in the scoop for cool air to the carb.
Mike send the door window back to Shell Valley and they are re-designing them.
We must remember that the Coupe is a race car. But we want it to look like a show car, so I made end pieces to cover the holes between the dash and body.
20 hours cutting and welding the rear window frame so it would fit.
