Thanks. I actually had posted on that thread. The two companies I choose to try require a VIN. It would be easier if I choose another company, but I can't.

The problem for example is that day I drive the car to get registered. I can have insurance on the car (property damage) and add the additional coverage later. But that day I need to full insurance when I go to motor vehicles. I cannot get full coverage without a VIN

Its only problem that exist for 1 day.
