Mike M, What every you wind up with, be sure that the ADOT folks don't title your car as anything newer than a '66. I never had the issue, since my car was already titled as a 66 when I got it, but others have had an ADOT agent not know how to properly register a replica. If you get one of those, stop what you're doing and leave to either go to another office or back to that one later. I've heard that the people at the Greenfield office have done several replicas and know how to do it right. You'll avoid any sort of emission testing issues and you won't have to bother with the "collectable" exclusion.
