'65 for FFRs.
I don't think either Progressive or State Farm will cover it (my Allstate guy couldn't and i've had all my insurance with him for 20 years). you're gonna need Northeast or a similar one. They had no problem starting out with my MSO, then I changed it to the AZ VIN after it was registered.
