Hey Mike, I recommend State Farm. Get a policy with the FFR number. As for the inspection, do as Danr55 said, trailer it to the inspection. Then drive right over to the registration office and get your plates, all done in 2 1/2 hours. Then call your insurance agent and give him the assigned Arizona VIN . No big deal. I have used the ADOT inspection office on Broadway and I-10. Good luck. If you run into a problem stop the process and get back with the Phoenix guys for their recommandations.
