They do file actions against replica car owners and manufacturers because they do have $$ to pour into the coffers of the state. I left Kalifornia 19 years ago and I miss the weather and my home there a lot. I don't miss the far left, fall off the edge, "give me something because I am entitled" political environement. The State of California is in a financailly dwindling spirol that will destroy it in time. Given the mentallity of the people who run the state, there is nothing anyone can do but sit down and write the eulogy. RIP California.
