Anything you change will yield a reaction in more than just alignment. Lowering the car will change corner weights as well as cross weights and roll centers. You will know it on the track but maybe not on the street.
If you are going to change anything, plan on changing everything so, anything that possibly didn't need changing was at the very least,,,,,,,,,,checked.
