Next month will be the 4 year, yes 4 year anniversary of this email that started this whole crappy chain of events:
I held off based on the following and rising resin prices due to the fuel crisis OPEC has us in. My years as in contract engineering contacts has let me know they will rise to about where they are and drop back about 10% and remain, never to go back to the baseline of 2003. That said:
Package A.
Parts 427 SC: Frame, fully suspended (less shocks), aluminum interior panels, fuel line/and major brake lines run, body installed loosely for lift off at your shop. 60 days out
Package B.
Roller 427: Frame, fully suspended (less shocks), aluminum interior panels, fuel line/and major brake lines run, steering installed with wheel, dash installed, wiring harness installed, radiator installed, fuel tank installed, side exhaust installed (for ? engine), brake rotors/brgs/seals packed, body heavy catalyzed primed ready for paint, installed loosely for lift off at your shop for engine/tranny package to be installed, and Goodyear Eagle II's on chrome wheels with our Halibrand style inserts painted dark grey as a start up set of wheels.
90-100 days out
Package C.
Same as "B", only FE running (30-45 min "break in period"), scatter sheild, hayes clutch/press plate set up, toploader and shifter installed with all electrical installed, seats, side exhaust, emergency brake, roll bar temp bolted, "GO-KART" stage for your trimming out and painting.
120 days out
Package D.
TURN KEY of "C" (your color choice)
180 days
