All good stuff to consider. Thanks guys. I'm still somewhere between between build it like I want it for $55K, and buy a used one and make a few compromises for about $10-12K less. I would like to think I would never sell it, but reality dictates that it could be sold in 10 years to help subsidize a child's college education. Any comments from the Texas guys would be welcome as well.
