I feel you Brent, this is getting ugly.
Here in Cali they want it both ways. They push the hybrids by giving out "carpool lane passes" for them, and now there's talk of taxing them an additional $500-$1000 per year because they aren't paying enough hwy taxes at the pump per mile driven!

P.S. People with high mileage engines are freeloaders, riding on the backs of us (Cobras) that pay more of the hwy taxes!
