DEAD, as in kaput. Maybe DOA was not the best term to use. Do you have another pressure gauge that you can hook up? Maybe you DO have
oil pressure.
Of course, it could be that the
oil pump just crapped out. Check the cheap and easy stuff first .... and that is the gauge.
