damn, I sprung a radiator leak yesterday (did you manager follow my trail, Scott?)

This is my 2nd radiator (Ron Davis) and while it's a great looking piece, it's failed a 2nd time.

I owned up to the first failure for not insulating it. I insulated it a 2nd time (brand new unit) but I suspect that whatever the forum guys on FFCobra.com were suggesting may not be enough. I used some left over weather strip to pad all the mount points and was careful not to over torque the bolts by using nylock nuts.) That or this 2nd one truely is defective.

I'll be yanking it out, and checking for leaks via pressure. Filler cap works fine as I've seen water come out the overflow before when I over fill it so I don't think it's that. bummer. It's kinda upsetting. If R-D doesn't fix it for a good price or free, I'm getting a standard radiator for $220 from FFR (much less than the R-D unit at $460 I think it was.)
