Those figures are pretty much what , IMHO , what is needed . My 482 puts out 612 hp at 5800 rpm , but , more importantly , 528 ft lbs at 2500 rpm , 620 ft lbs at 4100 and holds 529 ft lbs at 6000 rpm .... basically a flat torque curve . This is exactly what I wanted as torque gets you out of a turn and accelerating hard , hp is a top end/hi rpm figure .
With that much torque , you might have to repair the driver`s seat where you took some "bites" out of it .... have fun !!!
