I admit to feeling a bit stupid on this one. I did think to try and look but since it is in a car it was very tough to see. I did feel for any clues to being externally balanced but truthfully am not sure what feature would determine that point.
Are you saying if the pulley is not integral to the balancer it is a 428 ?
