As a democrat I take offense at many of the comments in this thread. You need to understand that the majority of "conservatives" in office are only concerned with one thing - serving monied interests and making fat cats fatter. They don't give a flying f*%k about us. Of course the bill is flawed & a totally stupid idea, but don't blame democrats. Blame bad reasoning. I never could understand why people would vote for those whose only aim is to take money from the same voters pocket. it's just nuts. Question everything.
