Growing up, my Dad worked for Gulf
Oil, and I remember him bringing home a copy of "Lemans" when it came out to watch on a projector. Gulf was a sponsor of the film, as I remember. Anyway, I'm definitely a big fan of the Gulf colors, and if/when the stars align correctly, I'll be working with the fine folks at SPF to acquire a suitably attired GT40!
