1.) I have a plan for the clutch, but I think you are right, it's slowly was building pressure, just not enough to make the pedal come back

2.) only thing that changed was the gauge wire, power wire and ground were untouched

3.) it returns fine if done at the carb, I think I have an issue with my actual cable
