Such a shame, I had heard about this last month, thought it was all pre season rumors as I've heard the previous three years....Guess not this time....Business park is the most likely use, as it's in a flight path for the local airport which will restrict a retail operation from going in........I feel sorry for the local guys who raced there, as I'm sure they had spent a lot of money prepping their cars for the upcoming season.........
