Remember, you are the one who approached him as a buyer for a car that was never listed for sale in the first place. JBo negotiated the terms and conditions in good faith with you. Both legally and morally it's your fault that the deal went south. Again it has nothing to do with being a dictator, you failed to close on time and you lost your deposit because of it. Make threats to take him to court, but you will lose because you did not follow through in the timely manner in which you agreed to. Can't type it up any clearer than this. I know you feel it's unfair, but you have been in business long enough to know it right up front when you set the wheels in motion.
