I thought you may have also lowered the mount to do away with this bush. Mind you, that's with the shortened dunnydore rack and I'm told RMC is/about to use a different rack.
My steering rack mounts came from the factory at an angle. I've not measured it but I will on the weekend.

Here are a couple of pics of my repositioned mounting brackets. They were originally placed at 10 degrees, but we increased that to 42 degrees. This makes the steering far smoother and prevents any bind through the column. Also illiminates bump and torque steer. The rack is the latest from RMC and is a shortened Commodore model.
