It's more complicated than just drilling some holes.
There is a basket of steel shavings that sits down into a stepped hole under the plate. The basket is intended to capture oil mist and separate it from the air traveling to the puke tank.
Then you have the two bolt holes that must be drilled and tapped.
If you want to add it now, you will have to pull the intake. No way around it that I can see.
