This box was on the Sacramento news last night. So it is real, not a made up story. They have been using it for a while now and it has been needed a couple of times for the auto dealers to get there car back. I do not know if it has a GPS tracking thing installed or not they just said that it has a starter interupt on it so it cant be started the normal way.
