Congress put us where we are now ... and yet - surprisingly - they can't seem to remember that, blaming a president for the fiasco they caused 28 years ago.
democrats say they saw this coming ... but I don't recall seeing any legislation pending before the democrat-controlled Congress to stop it from happening. But boy, is this Congress good at naming bridges and post offices!
