Welcome to the Forum. You've made a good start by joining up here and getting involved with the NSW club is a good idea too. That way you will make less expensive mistakes in whatever you decide on (Build or Buy).

Get along to a few events. One thing you will find is that Cobra folks are very aproachable and will be more than happy to talk your ears off about their cars. It's very easy to be passionate about these cars.

The researching stage of the Cobra project is a lot of fun. You will learn a lot and make a bunch of new friends. I've met more new friends out of this Cobra hobby than any other activity I've done.
