Wazza's contribution will get your head spinning but at least you can see options.

A critical factor to take into account is the size of your gauges. The dash space isn't huge in these cars so getting a full set of large diameter gauges can be tight. Some of Wazza's images seem to show all gauges easily placed but I am betting the larger tacho/speedo gauges are only 80mm diameter rather than say 100mm. Most small gauges are 50mm anyway

I also went for the fully infilled dash to give me more space and the very large vacant space shown in Letsboogie's pic of my dash is to accomodate a stereo down the track.

However all my gauges are visible as well, again a functionality issue I wanted to achieve.

More food for thought.
