I went to my local truck spring rebuild shop & looked thru their inventory of large rear spring rubber bushings untill I found 1 the O.D. & I.D. I wanted.
Took it home & sliced off 3/4" spacers from it. They have worked great for 3 years--15000 miles.
You don't need special silicone etc. material, they don't get hot enough to require it.
