About 2 weeks ago they showed some teenager playing with a shock collar for dogs on America's Funniest Videos.
He shocked himself,activated by barking or in his case speaking.
Pretty funny.
When it finally got up to the level it was knocking the cr@p out of him,his yelling would keep setting it off !
