You might want to do a search on this topic. There was an extensive discussion concerning motor mounts several months ago.
As an aside, I have used ERA's "bolt through" motor mounts on both my ERA427SCs and my ERAFIA (this due to the Weber air horns hitting the hood when the motor torqued over.
