Well, I lifted the car and checked it out from underneath. Turns out when I push the drivers side headers up, moving the engine a bit, I could see where the existing mount rubber is starting to seperate at the top.

With the car just sitting there, you cannot detect the cracking since the rubber is compressed vs. trying to open up.

This is the culprit, so I ordered a new mount from ERA with the bolt-thru mod.

Thanks to all the ERA fans/owners who chimed in to help the latest ERA-head.

BTW.....can the mounts be changed out by raising the engine a bit and without removing the headers?
