Ron;
You hit on one of my favorites! History and visiting sites of same. What was your favorite? For me, an early morning July visit to Gettysburg. I was on the field of Mr. Pickett when the sun came up and it was an eerie experience, looking across to the Union lines as they had done. Nothing else has ever hit me quite the same way. Vicksburg, the Colliseum, Herman the Germans tomb, Ford's Theatre, Mt. Vernon...all great 'sees'.
