No easy way out. The bushings need greased.
WD40 will work briefly. It will at least let you know which ones are making the most noise. (Usually the two lower bolts at the base of the wheel hub). Grease is the answer.
Make sure the allenhead bolts start freely when reassembling. If they don't .... make sure the car has been checked for last years recall, and make sure the upper wishbone has been properly adjusted during wheel alignement.
Chances are, you can just pull the two allen head bolts off each side, apply some grease, put the bolts back in and be done.
