I think the overriding factor is that Brooklands may be the 'spiritual' continuation of AC, having much of the equipment from Thames Ditton, plus some of the men who used that equipment there.
I do wish them, and the Waco 'twin' every, and continued, success; beit with or without the association of Acedes Holdings.
