well.... used to be that I would be at AER at 7:30, park under the cover, then we'd walk to IHOP and eat about 8:15 or so.
With the crowd always evolving, looks like later is what ya'll are doing. sounds good!

(ps. i always wondered what the hurry was to be there at 7:30... guess Gary Morris was an early bird and i just went along with it. If i was entering this year it'd definitely be later!!!
