Maybe for the better as then some of these dam dopers can be shot instead of pampered. There isn't much left up here for them to tax and any more taxes and most of the businesses left will be closing down.

Ron,
On creative financing:
A friend of mine told me that the company she works for recently got a strange email request for payment of a mystery bill. Just out of the blue, it turns out the email refers to an internet site where her company can go to determine their local gasoline bill. It seems that the local service station was sold a package where a "billing company" now takes care of all their monthly billing for them.
Her company normally received a mailed statement and had paid locally with a credit card that offered useful airline miles as a bonus. The new "billing company" won't accept the card, so the original local service station is now replaced with a different local service station that will. I think the first service station is screwed into a locked contract as they suffer lost customers over the "creative" billing nuisance.

Warren,
Your link is a counter measure regarding the warming crowd. And of course the counter-counter measure: (

In a twist of irony, the extinct woolly mammoth is occasionally found way up north with fresh grass still in the mouth and tummy, frozen so quickly through-and-through, that the food in the tummy did not even digest. Apparently it was suddenly too cold while the globe was too warm so that grass grew in the arctic regions.
Too cold
and too hot... everybody's right... or wrong...
