Jake,

Sorry to hear that your engine was destroyed. Jim and I were just talking about you at lunch the other day; wondering where you have been. We missed you at the last gatherings at KK.

Both Jim and I thought that that this would be a good time for you to transition over from the Dark Side (BB) to the Enlightened Side (SB).A screaming 347 would save you about 80 lbs. up front, open up the engine bay for easier access to accessories and save some serious dollars. Jim was wondering if you really need 500+hp and 400+lbs. of torque when you only see a track once or twice a year? Of course this is from a guy who's timing is advanced 5* and who has the rev limiter set at 4,100 rpm.
Jim, seeing the glass as half empty, was also whining about not having as much area to polish with the SB but agreed to go along with this thought if I would buy lunch.

I'm sure Fred and Ray have other opinios.
