Default Hurricane Motorsports for Sale

We would like to announce that Hurricane Motorsports is publicly for sale. For the past 4 months we have been working privately with potential buyers and we were in the last stages of the purchasing process when, unfortunately, the deal fell through at the last minute. As a result, we would like to make available for sale the Hurricane Motorsports brand along with all assets of the company (see below). We are hoping that someone in the Club Cobra / Cobra Country community is looking for an opportunity to live their dream, be their own boss, and run a fun and exciting small business. Given the right ownership, the Hurricane Motorsports brand is ready to be taken to the next level.

After 3 years, the Hurricane 427 Roadster has transformed into a proven, respected and sought after name in the replica industry. Several key elements have contributed to its success: customer service, product quality, effective marketing, and product "build-ability". First and foremost in this group is the attention spent fostering an unblemished brand. This was done through exemplary customer service, constant vigilance to all media postings, and internal support tools such as the online owner's forum and comprehensive build manual. A very high level of credibility with our customers has been achieved as a result. As a direct result of this, many customers have purchased more than one kit and there are many Hurricane "evangelist" owners that spread nothing but praise for the product. These loyal customers form the backbone of our brand support and give a choice for customer recommendations based on geographic areas. Hurricane owners are extremely loyal and believe that Hurricane Motorsports has their best interests in mind.

Another important facet of the brand is the ease of the product's "build-ability" (the difficulty level when building the kit). The kit was designed to use all new parts and does not require a "donor" vehicle. The builder does not have to fabricate or source any parts. All of this combined with tools like the online owner's forum and comprehensive 250+ page build manual result in a kit that anyone from the mechanically inclined hobbyist to the master mechanic can build. We have strived to have one of the highest build completion rates in the business. Each completed build becomes another advertisement for the company and each happy customer (a customer that enjoys and completes their build) becomes a cheer leader for the product.
