I purchased a MKlll from D&M last August and had the associated service department (Snake Power) install the engine and transmission. The sales staff at D&M was first-rate. They explained the car in great detail, answered all my questions, and left me alone to make up my mind. Absolutey no high pressure sales tactics. The guys at Snake Power were equally top notch. They gave me engine and transmission options, listened to my comments, and then offered recommendations. The car was ready on the agreed upon date and at the agreed upon price. All in all, it turned out to be a great package that was well thought out and impecably crafted. I'm sorry you didn't have the same experience as I.
