Stiffy, that cam was just a joke, I just plucked numbers from my behind!!
As Mike states, the MS4 that he has ready to install is about the largest you can go (on a stock, unopened LS1), and even it has very limited piston to valve clearance. One decent over-rev or missed shift and the valves will be kissing pistons... It is one bloody great cam though, and sounds awesome at idle in my opinion!
In all seriousness, if you want a nice, streetable grind with the "rock and roll idle", I'd suggest a 232/234, .595 .598 on 112LSA on Comp XER lobes.
