I had Intercity Lines deliver my car from ERA to NJ. Wasn't that much money at the time (I think it was around $650) and saved me - and whomever I would knew who had a trailer- a lot of time and trouble. As for getting to the inspection station, I rented a U-Haul truck and trailer and towed it there with that. But if Bill or one of the other guys is willing to tow it down to the inspection station for you, even better!
By the way, has anyone told you that you're getting way ahead of yourself.
